Board and Volunteer Positions
Currently we still need a Treasurer. Corbin Champion is covering the Treasurer position until a resource steps forward. We do have volunteer opportunities if you are interested in solutioning IT, Construction, Resource locating, and administrative messaging to assist with HOA projects.
The Board understands everyone has busy and sometimes very demanding personal lives. But, now is the time for owners to step up to fill this vital role on your Board. Assuming the very critical role of Treasurer protects your financial investment in our Ambassador by the Sea Condominiums. Your Board meets once a month in person and over Zoom. The Board works hard to keep the meeting schedules as set and keep the Board members informed by email. If interested, please contact the Board for more information or add your name to the ballot for the position of Treasurer.

Ambassador by the sea condos

ABTS prefers to have owner occupied units. There is a maximum of seven (7) units that can be rented out at one time. Rentals are month to month only.
There are NO Nightly Rentals allowed ( No airbnb, No vrbo). Currently four (4) spots are full. Rentals can be added in the courtyard and the prom. Poolside is full. If you have questions, please contact us.
